Outside Bets
Any of the stakes made in the surrounding the numbers boxes are called the outside wagers.
Even and Red Black Odd are considered to be even money stakes. You put the chips in the boxes exactly on the layout.
Son called, dozens stakes are made on the twelve consecutive numbers. A player put his/her bet in the boxes signed 25-36, 13-24 or 1-12. These stakes give 2 to one. But if the 0 or 00 comes up a player loses.
Column stakes are also twelve number wagers. They include the numbers in 1 of the 3 perpendicular columns. Such stakes are made in the layout bottom boxes. These wagers give 2 to one.
The Dealer
Dealers have to move the wheel all times and even between spins. A dealer rolls the ball in the contrary wheel’s direction. Because of that the ball jumps and spins before standing on a number.
Dealers mark the winning number. A player isn’t allowed to put his/her wager for the next spin awaiting the dealer takes away the marker from the preceding winning number. A player should make sure he/she wait for dealers to pick it up and just after that puts down his/her chips.
